PHASE 2 - TECHNICAL

Specifications

We will detail all components needed for the space to be completed.

Construction Drawings

We create a fully comprehensive technical drawing set, that your contractor and trades will use to build the project.

During this phase, Curatist Studio will facilitate the installation process, by managing communication will all involved parties including site owners, clients and hired trades. We will be manually aiding in the installation efforts and directing the placement and layout of all goods on-site.

- Supervision of installation of art, accessories & loose furniture,

- Validation of installation matching design intent,

- Updating Inventory and completing any necessary returns or exchanges,

During this phase, Curatist Studio will engage in ordering or renting all furniture and accessories. Through constant communication and tracking efforts we will monitor the scope and budget to ensure the selections align with the outlined targets, as well as manage the schedule to ensure timely delivery of product to site.

- Obtain final quotes and engage in purchasing/renting of furniture, art, and accessories,

- Obtain quotes and arrange for trades to install furnishings, art, and rugs,

- Monitor and track all goods to ensure timely delivery,

- Validate quality and inventory of all goods before installation.
